Deborah Biancotti
Deborah Biancotti published her first story in 2000, winning the Aurealis
Award for Best Horror Short Story and subsequently winning the Ditmar
Award for Best New Talent. In 2003 she won the Ditmar Award for Best
Short Story and has also earned four Honourable Mentions in Ellen Datlow
and Terri Windling's Year's Best Fantasy and Horror over the
past three years. In 2005, she has a story appearing in the Year's
Best Australian Science Fiction and Fantasy. Her work has also appeared
in Orb, Redsine and Altair, as
well as anthologies such as Ideomancer
Unbound, Southern
Blood, and assorted Agog!
